Service Description
Rappl ("we", "our", or "us") is a web-based application that provides voice recording, transcription, and AI-powered analysis services. The Service uses advanced AI technology including OpenAI's Whisper for transcription and GPT models for content analysis.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rappl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
User Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

Subscription and Payment Terms
Rappl offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during registration.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
Service Availability and Limitations
While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is subject to the following limitations:
- Audio files must be under 25MB and 15 minutes in length
- Usage limits apply based on your subscription plan
- Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality
- Service availability may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rappl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rappl operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
